ALUMINUM HULLS

Hulls made of light aluminum alloys, grade PA 11-5754 resistant to sea conditions, they are welded from 1.5-meter modules forming, airtightunsinkable chambers with vent. For example, our 15-meter catamaran, has 20 tight chambers providing users with exceptional safety. The growing demand has forced us to design several sections of floats for various applications and displacement. The construction has been appreciated by many manufacturers of houseboats. Aluminum is characterized by extra durability compared to laminate hulls, and any repair costs are small. The ordering party receives from us the hulls with transverse beams, external envelope bar and transom for outboard engine. The wide range of models allows you to build a boat with a length of 5.40 to 15 meters in length and from 2.5 to 6 meters in width. Between the hulls, profiled aluminum sheet 2 mm thick is welded under the cross beams to stiffen the structure and provide protection against waves, possible installations and devices installed under the floor. Our hulls, optionally are suitable for mounting one motor centrally or 2 suspended directly on floats. Hulls over 3 meters wide are available in folded form for transport at customer's request.  All hulls have openings in the transvese beams to do a water, hydraulic and electrical installations.
For extra charge we put tunnels for the thruster, additional revisions for tanks, reinforcements for anchor winches, mounting for two engines. The cross beams are attached to floats every 750 mm. When selecting the hull for the building weight, it should be remembered that the most of the bow elements have about 1/3 displacement of the full module, and after summing up the displacement, the weight of the whole set should be subtracted. The weight of the complete frame with floats starts from 450 kg to 2,700 kg at the largest platform. The shape and method of welding the hulls, and the method of assembling for transport is patented and is owned by Waterbus.

HULL "A"

These hulls are dedicated to small tourist displacement boats and slide boats with low mass of buildings. Manucfactured for 3 mm aluminium sheet in the 5754 grade. When planning the building, one and a half meter long bow element has a reduced displacement of about 2/3 displacement od the full float segment.

HULL "AB"

Hull for displacement and sliding boats, at longer lenght you can build a light houseboat. Welded of 3 mm sheet metal in grade 5754.

HULL "B"

The hull is wider and lower than AB, similar displacement. It is used where are important low dipping, overal height and low center of gravity. Welded from 3 mm sheet in grade 5754. The size of possible revisions make it posiible to instal large tanks.

HULL "C"

Large displacement sufficient to built a medium-sized houseboat. Good for sliding and displacement boats. Its streamlined shape and two-meter long bow segment make it possible to be electrically driven. Welded of sheet 3 mm thick in grade 5754. The transverse frame is made of 3 and 4 mm thick beams.

HULL "E"

For displacement boats with medium mass of biuldings. For commercial, tourist boats and houseboat.
A liitle higher than the previous model, witch makes it easier to obtain the CE Certificate in the " C" design category.
Built from 3 mm sheet metal in grade 5754. Cross beams of 2 and 4 mm thick sheets.

HULL "M" and "M+"

This float model with a sprcific asymetric form was created for the needs of our flagship houseboats Mini Cube and Mini Max. Quite big displacement, transverse stability and longitudinal stability achived thanks to the width od almost 900mm, makes it possible to desing even a 6.5 meter long hulls in many projects. The hull has been equipped with a frame made of closed aluminium profiles with large cross-section and a very solid external aluminium beam with a cross-section of 200x40mm. Constructed mainly for needs of charter boats. Great for floating platform, saunas or workboats. Built of 3mm sheet metal in grade 5754. In standard, a place in the back sections of the float for 4 tanks of 125 liters each. The Model "M +" is with increased buoyancy.

HULL "G"

A narrower version of the "F" hull with a similar displacement with a little more immersion. A little better nautical qualities, but smaller possibilities for mounting tanks in hulls. Built of 3 and 4 mm thick sheets, Houseboats, work boats, stationary, floating restaurants. If properly configured with cross beams it is possible to receive desing category "C".

HULL "F"

Displacement hulls for heavy buildings. Ideal for houseboat, due to the possibility of instalation huge tanks for liquids, up to 1000 liters in one segment. The float shape allows you to leave the unit for winter in the water. Very good base for stationary units, floating restaurants and workboats. Hulls adapted to instalation one or two outboard motors.
Always welded of sheets 4mm thick. All cross beams made of profiled sheets 4 mm thick.

 HULL "H"
